DELIVERY INFORMATION
By partnering with our preferred delivery business partner, The Courier Guy, we are able to provide a door to door service nationally within South Africa.
Delivery charge – R 140 per order.
Free delivery for orders of R 1000 and over.
ü Subject to availability and receipt of payment, orders will be processed within one to two working days.
ü All orders are dispatched via The Courier Guy and will be subject to their delivery schedule.
ü Delivery takes 2 to 3 working days depending on the order’s destination.
ü If you live in an outlying / remote area, it may take longer than 3 working days.
ü Deliveries are made Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm. There are no deliveries on weekends or public holidays.
ü The Courier Guy orders can be tracked via their website: https://www.thecourierguy.co.za/tracking by using your waybill number.
ü If you would prefer to collect your order, we can arrange for you to collect your order. Upon collection, we will refund you the delivery charge in cash.
ü We unfortunately do not currently offer delivery outside of South Africa.
Late Deliveries
Unforeseen circumstances e.g. adverse weather, closed roads, protests etc. could prolong the delivery time. This is rare but it does happen, so ‘late’ delivery is not a ground for refund or cancellation of the order.
Public Holidays – orders are not actioned on Public Holidays. They will be actioned the next working day thereafter (excluding any specific shut down periods which will be notified accordingly).
Festive season / end of year = Kindly note that during the end of year period – deliveries may take longer than normal due to the high volume of orders and deliveries. We do shut down over the festive season, dates will be communicated each year – orders can still be placed but they will only be actioned on our return to the office in January.
